Çikolata Evim: its own ordering apps
Customer app, courier app and branch panel for Çikolata Evim in Northern Cyprus. Orders reach the right branch and a courier in under a minute.
The problem
Çikolata Evim took its orders through delivery platforms that charged a high commission. Customer data stayed with the platforms, not with the business. Couriers were coordinated by phone and WhatsApp, and the branches had no shared view of orders.
What we built
Customer app
An iOS and Android app where customers order directly from the chain: product options, a cart with coupon codes, and payment at the door by cash or card.
Courier app
An Android app with its own brand identity, made for one-handed use, with a simple assigned → on the way → delivered flow.

Web admin panel
One panel for every branch with two access levels: head office sees all branches, each branch sees only its own. Branches follow live orders, switch menu items on and off, and see analytics such as delivery or pickup, payment methods and a map of where orders come from.
Automatic routing
Each order goes to the right branch and is assigned to a courier without anyone picking up the phone.
Coupons and discounts
Head office creates coupons and time-limited promotions, such as 20% off the first order, and customers apply them in the cart.
The outcome
Orders now come in through the chain's own apps, with no dependency on delivery platforms. A new order is assigned to a courier in under a minute. The customer data stays with the business.
