One platform for Teksan Gayrimenkul's properties, documents, rent tracking and accounting, used by 10 people every day.
The problem
Teksan Gayrimenkul managed more than 150 properties with spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages and paper files. Reconciling rent took a full day every month. Contracts, insurance policies and title deeds were kept in different places.

Interactive map
Every property sits on a map with its own icon for residential, commercial or land, plus address search and a summary card.

Property records
Documents by property type, start and end dates for contracts and insurance, 15+ file formats, photos, notes and a dated history of rent changes.
Rent tracking
Properties sort by how late the rent is and filter by type, city or owner, with payment history and late-payment alerts.
Unified accounting
Rent, income and expenses in one module, with charts and a financial calendar.
Roles and access
Five roles (admin, accountant, lawyer, viewer and pending), with invite codes and admin approval for every new user.

The outcome
The whole portfolio now runs from one platform that 10 people use every day. Rent, income and expenses, once kept in three places, are one module. We have kept developing it since 2024 based on the team's requests, such as mortgage tracking and copying properties.
