Explicit Consent
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This statement is separate from the information notice. It explains the only case in which we ask for explicit consent under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Using the website, writing to us or applying for a job does not depend on this consent.
01What does not use consent
We answer contact requests and assess applications because that processing is necessary to respond to you and to take steps toward a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. Those activities do not rely on this statement. The checkbox on our forms confirms that you have read the notice and accepted the website terms. It is not consent for a new purpose.
02When we do ask
We do not ask for special-category data. A CV sometimes contains it anyway, for example health information, religion, union membership or a criminal record. We process that data only if you tick the separate optional box on the application form, and only to assess that application.
03Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@21labz.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before we received it. If you do not give this consent, do not put special-category data in your CV. If we notice such data without consent, we delete the file.
04No marketing
We do not run a newsletter and we do not use your details for advertising. There is no marketing consent because there is no marketing list.
