Turkish Data Protection Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of the Obligation to Inform. It explains how 21labz, as data controller, processes your personal data. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

02Personal data we process
- Identity data: first and last name.
- Contact data: email address, phone number, address.
- Professional data: CV, work experience, availability and desired pay (job applications only).
- Customer transaction data: company name, project details, budget range, meeting time and notes.
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser information and request logs, and submission counters used for spam protection.
03Purposes of processing
- responding to your inquiries and preparing proposals;
- scheduling and holding meetings;
- evaluating job applications and running recruitment processes;
- protecting the website and our forms against abuse, and ensuring information security;
- meeting our legal obligations and responding to requests from authorised public bodies.
04Legal grounds and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, the Cal.com booking system and automatically generated server logs.
We process it on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: (c) it is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract; (ç) it is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations; (e) it is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right; and (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
05Transfers
Your data may be shared with authorised public institutions when legally required.
To provide our services, we use providers located abroad, including in the United States: Google (Firebase) for hosting and storage, Cal.com for scheduling, and our email provider. These transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK, using safeguards such as standard contracts.
06Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7;
- request that corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred;
- object to a result against you that arises from analysing your data exclusively through automated systems;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
