You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its forms or the systems behind them;
• send spam, automated submissions or malicious files through our forms;
• copy or scrape the website's content at scale or use it to train models without our written permission;
• impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share.

Content on the website, including service descriptions and case studies, is for general information. It is not an offer, and it does not create a contract. Scope, timelines and prices are only binding once agreed in a written proposal or contract.

The website's design, text, code, graphics and the 21labz name and logo belong to 21labz or its licensors. Client work is shown with permission; client names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may not reuse our content without written permission, except for short quotes with a link to the source.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Please do not share confidential information about your clients before we have signed an NDA. We treat project details you send us confidentially and do not claim any rights to your ideas.

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. An introductory call is free and creates no obligation for either side.

Applying for a role does not create an employment or service relationship. We may close a posting or end a recruitment process at any time.

The website uses and links to third-party services, such as Cal.com, YouTube, Vimeo and the websites of our clients. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, 21labz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
