Multiply that by a growing portfolio, and the coordination cost stops scaling linearly. Project İzmir exists to bring that cost down to zero.

Instead of a table, the portfolio lives on a single map. Every property — residential, commercial, or land — appears as an icon in its real location. One click opens a card with the details that matter. What used to take scrolling through a list now takes one glance.

The rent tracking module removes the need to manually check who's paid. Each property carries its start date, payment day, and rent history, and the system surfaces delays automatically — sortable by how overdue a payment is, filterable by property type or city. No more relying on memory or a scattered note.

Rent, income, and expenses used to live in three different places. We merged them into a single accounting structure, layered with statistical charts and a financial calendar, so a landlord can see every transaction for a given period in one view instead of three.

A property portfolio is rarely a one-person job. We built five distinct access levels — manager, accountant, lawyer, viewer, and pending — so a lawyer sees documents, an accountant sees financials, and nobody sees more than they should. One login, correctly scoped access for everyone on the team.
