We're a studio, not a factory. No sprint ceremonies for the sake of ceremonies. No standups that could have been a message. We communicate async by default and sync when it matters.

Everyone here builds. Designers prototype in code. Engineers contribute to brand decisions. Strategists write user stories. The line between disciplines is thin on purpose.

We work remotely across Turkey and Europe, with optional in-person time in Antalya. Flexible hours, clear expectations, and projects you can point to and say “I built that.”
