Çikolata Evim
Çikolata Evim wanted to end its dependency on commission-based ordering platforms. We built a three-part system: a mobile app where customers place orders, an Android app where couriers manage deliveries, and a web admin panel that runs every branch from one place. We also designed a brand identity and logo from scratch for the courier app.

Where It Started
Çikolata Evim had one clear problem: the commissions they paid to ordering platforms kept growing every month, without giving them customer data or operational flexibility in return. Couriers were coordinated manually over phone calls and WhatsApp, and branches operated with no visibility into each other.
One System, Three Apps
We split the work into three separate but connected pieces: a customer ordering app (iOS + Android), a courier app (Android) for managing deliveries, and a web admin panel that runs every branch from one place. An order lands in the system instantly, routes to the right branch, and gets assigned to a courier.

Courier Identity
We didn't want the courier app to be just a functional delivery tool — we wanted the field team to work under its own brand. We designed a dedicated logo and identity, simplified the interface for low-tech-experience users, and built the delivery flow (assigned → on the way → delivered) to be fast and usable with one hand.

Branch Hierarchy
A panel where everyone sees everything wasn't going to work for a multi-branch structure. We built a two-tier permission system: superadmin sees every branch and overall performance, while each branch sees only its own orders and courier team. This let the business open new branches without losing control.

Result
Çikolata Evim can now run its own ordering and delivery flow without relying on third-party platforms. The courier team works under its own app and brand, and branches operate independently while staying visible under central oversight.
